番茄时刻（“本 App”）尊重并保护你的隐私。本政策说明本 App 如何处理你的信息。Tomato Hour respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

我们不收集你的数据

本 App 没有自己的服务器，我们不会收集、存储或访问你的任何个人数据。你在 App 中创建的专注记录、待办事项和计时状态，仅保存在你自己的设备上。The app has no server of ours. We do not collect, store, or access any of your personal data. Your focus records, to-dos, and timer state are stored only on your own devices.

iCloud 同步

如果你登录了 iCloud，本 App 会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 把你的数据同步到你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库，用于在你的 iPhone、Apple Watch 与 Mac 之间保持一致。这些数据存放在你个人的 iCloud 账户中，只有你能访问，我们无法读取。该同步受 Apple 隐私政策 约束。If you are signed in to iCloud, the app syncs your data to your own private iCloud database via Apple CloudKit, to keep your iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac in sync. This data lives in your personal iCloud account, accessible only to you; we cannot read it. Sync is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

没有第三方追踪

本 App 不含任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK，也不会将你的信息分享给任何第三方。The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not share your information with any third party.

你的控制权

• 你可以在 App 内随时删除你的记录与待办。You can delete your records and to-dos in the app at any time.
• 删除本 App，或在系统「设置 → Apple 账户 → iCloud」中管理，即可移除相应数据。Deleting the app, or managing iCloud in Settings, removes the associated data.

儿童隐私

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策，更新后会修改本页顶部的生效日期。We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top will change accordingly.
